Thank you for presenting at the LGS Camera Club. I really enjoyed your presentation. I learned a lot about birds and bird behaviour as well as photographic techniques. You are one fantastic and patient photographer with great eyes for beauty and bird actions. I really want to shoot birds now! If only I have your lens collection and a brawny man to carry them while I shoot! Thank you again!

I first met you in the field back in the Spring of 2012 photographing the food exchange of a breeding pair of white kites. At the time I was still utilizing my Nikon 80-400 lens. Your professionalism and willingness to help out a new photographer inspired me to invest in my first 500mm lens. You have always been willing to share your knowledge while setting a very high bar, this website is not exception. It is the most impressive website that I have seen, highlighting all of your impressive images, providing useful information, while motivation and inspiring others to improve their skills. From the trip to Santa Clara Ranch, Texas to the cold winter in Maryland for Bald Eagle, and many more trips together with Phoo in the last few years. There wasn’t much to say beside you are always on top of your game, brother. While I may be the lucky guy in the group but you have managed to raise the standard and build an impressive portfolios of the birds in the Bay Area, Costa Rica, Malaysia, Singapore, etc... People can see you are driven and motivated in your work. Your images are stunning and getting better every time you post. I really like the design of your site. It is very professional and well done. I love the all images and blogs. The site feels great with full of resources and all the information for readers need to make their wildlife photography better. Congrats !!!

Just wanted to say "hello and thank-you" after lurking on your site today and getting blown away not only by your amazing images, but by your blogs as well. You tips/hints on how and where to get certain birds are very much appreciated by this beginning birder, and it's also fun to live vicariously through your travel blogs. Simply amazing work - I may be in the market for one of your Great Grey Owl shots as A. I don't think I can make the time to try to get the shot and B. even if I did I'm not sure I'd like them after seeing yours! Cheers, Steve
